Cephalozia bicuspidata subsp. lammersiana, also known as Lammers' cephalozia and slender two-toothed liverwort, is a subspecies of Cephalozia bicuspidata.

Distribution and Habitat

Cephalozia bicuspidata subsp. lammersiana is widely dispersed in Europe, from the Alps in northern Italy and Switzerland northwards. It is also found in North America and Asia. A specimen was found on a rotting log.
