Distribution and Habitat

  • Found in the mountains of Southern Europe.
  • Present in all regions of Northern Italy, Tuscany, and Umbria.
  • Grows in dry, grassy slopes.
  • Observed in subalpine grasslands, including the Swiss Alps and Swiss National Park.
  • Observed in the Pyrenees, Spain.
