Bothriochloa pertusa, commonly known as pitted beardgrass, is a perennial grass with several other common names including Indian bluegrass, Indian couch grass, sweet pitted grass, hurricane pitted-bluestem, and hurricane grass (English), and yerba huracn (Spanish). It is also sometimes referred to simply as beardgrass or bluestem.
