Morphological Characteristics

  • Peduncles (flower stalks) are scapiform, ranging from 3-20 cm in length.
  • Ray corollas have tubes 3-3.5 mm long and laminae 7-8 mm by 3-4 mm.
  • Disc corollas measure 4-7.5 mm.
  • Cypselae measure 2.5-4 mm.
