Distribution and Habitat

  • Occurs in Northwest Territories and northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba with disjunctions in Maine, Arizona, Colorado.
  • Also found in Tasmania, the Aegean, China (Yunnan), and at high altitudes in continental Antarctica and the sub-Antarctic South.
  • Found at Pointe du Van.

Morphological Characteristics
