Distribution and Habitat
- Reported from the Keele Peak area, central-eastern Yukon Territory, Canada.
- New to Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Washington. A. hellerianum is new to the Yukon Territory. A. michauxii is new to Alberta.
- Occurs in Austria, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
- Appears to be a relic species, occurring in very restricted areas around the globe that escaped Pleistocene glaciation.
