Morphological Characteristics

- Small, greyish green leaves (phyllodes) to 3 cm long.

- Peduncles 2-5 mm long.
- Heads globose, 7-29-flowered.
- Branchlets are rarely pruinose and glabrous.
- Subspecies buxifolia has phyllodes 1-4 cm long and subspecies pubiflora has phyllodes up to 8 cm long.
